Based on the John Keats poem of the same name, La Belle Dame Sans Merci tells the story of a Knight who encounters a mysterious Lady, fell in love, but ultimately fails her when he is horrified by her true form. The story is bookended with the plight of a shipwrecked Navigator who represents the choice between career and art that Keats himself had to make. Shot by special permission on location in Jiuzhaiguo National Park in Sichuan Province, a UNESCO World Heritage Site,La Belle Dame Sans Merci is an ode to the leap of faith we take as artists. National Prize winner at the Short Shorts Film Festival.

謎の美女に恋をする騎士は彼女の実態を知って逃げるが、後悔を背負い何百年も生き続ける。遭難した航海士のストーリー。19世紀の詩人ジョン・キーツの名作に基づく。キーツ自身が医学と芸術の選択肢に苦労した一面も語る。ユネスコ世界遺産に登録されている中国四川省の九寨溝にて特別許可を得て撮影。本作品はアーティストの決意へのエールでもある。ショートショートフィルムフェスティバル＆アジアにてナショナル部門優勝。
