Toyko Canal City - Kandagawa

Kanda River features in many stories and songs of Japan. Unlike the other rivers we’ve visited, this part of the Kanda River is not covered by highways, but it does run parallel with some rail lines. We start from the Suidobashi area and float past many schools and universities. We then pass by the Akihabara district, once the center of everything electronic but now the de-facto capital of otaku culture. When we reach the point where we meet the Sumida River, it gets a little choppy so sensitive people please be aware.

トウキョウ・カナル・シティ - 神田川

小説や歌によく登場する神田川。今までの川と違い、この区間の神田川は高速道路で塞がれていませんが、いくつかの線路と平行に流れたり、交差したりしています。水道橋付近から始まり、様々な大学や学校を通流。かつて電気街として有名で今は世界のオタク文化の首都となった秋葉原を過ぎる。隅田川と合流すると波が少し荒くなるので、繊細な方は注意して下さい。
